Technically, there is no 'Gents' seat in normal MTC buses while there are dedicated 'Ladies' Seats.

So gents have no choice.......

Some gents in fact prefer to 'stand' as there are obviously lot of advantages in performing the journey by standing in MTC buses. :-)

If there are 'Dedicated' seats in buses for the Gents but occupied by the ladies.. what the Gents will do..?..Will they ask the Ladies to vacate or allow them to occupy the seats..?..

My answer will be.. The Gents will Never..Never ask them to vacate.. for the simple reason the females are considered as 'Weaker Sex'

Males are supposed to be chivalrous..It is part of the so called gentlemanly approach!! Will not change even if women are powerful...Men would still like to show off!!

There are seats reserved for the physically challenged passengers.

The young girls who sit there when not occupied, offer seat for such a person - man /woman.

I do that always even though I am not a young girl anymore! :D

hi

even ladies can occupy gents seats....even though there are reserve seat for ladies....now a days ...LADIES ARE IN UPPER HAND...

EVEN THE LAW SAYS....

Ladies never accept at any point of time that they are old; last week, during the course of conversation my eldest sister said that she is only 91 years young.

In MTC buses, the right side is for Gents and left for Ladies. Whenever ladies' seats are vacant, but men's seats are occupied by them, forcing men to stand, I used to tell them to occupy their seats.

I feel there is nothing wrong in it.
