சிலிர்க்க மட்டுமா வைக்கிறது. சற்று சிந்திக்கவும் வைக்கிறது. நம்மிடம் ஏன் இந்த நயத்தக்க நாகரீகம் இல்லாமல் போனது? கொஞ்சம் பின்னோக்கி நடப்போம்.

என்று சொன்னது மட்டுமல்லாமல், அசந்த சமயம் பார்த்து சட்டசபையினுள்ளேயே வைத்து புடவையைப் பிடித்து இழுத்து "துகிலுரிய முயன்ற" வீராதி வீரர்கள் தெரிந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு வந்து கூடும் சட்டசபை நம்முடையது. எதுவும் மறக்கத்தக்க விஷயமல்ல இங்கு. எனவே இங்கு நயத்தக்க நாகரீகத்துக்கு இடமில்லை. மறக்க முடியுமா?
 
There is nothing like Thamizhar Pannpadu It is all farce. All are totally Hypocrates to the core. Jaya & M.K are Keeri & Paamboo. Most narrow minded , have the worst despicable qualities. I predict Prohibition can never & NEVER could be abolished.
We all can have Fun .& enjoy . With these leaders , let us hope that Jaya will take one or Two decisions that will bring her Good name, bedause she is still a hard task master in her controllng even the powerful within her party. Let us see

[h=1]Jaya to be sworn in as CM today, Stalin likely to attend function[/h]Chennai: On Monday, J Jayalalithaa will be sworn in for the sixth time as chief minister of Tamil Nadu at the Centenary Auditorium of Madras University. This will be her second consecutive term - a rarity in TN. In a move that could notch down the political acrimony in the state, DMK treasurer M K Stalin has indicated he will attend the swearing-in.


In a communication to the media that sent ripples through political circles, Stalin's team made it known that he would attend the function.


Union minister M Venkaiah Naidu will represent the Centre. Jayalalithaa had invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the oath-taking function, but the PM is on a visit to Iran and Naidu has been asked to represent the Centre, sources said.

The difference between UDF and Leftists in Kerala is not much. Their primary aim is not to allow a staunch Hindu to rule the State.

Kerala Politics was once dominated by Nairs..During Indira Gandhi's time they got good posts...They are being sidelined in Kerala by Sonia's Congress which is promoting Christians at any cost...Left continues to support the Ezhavas

Though Muslims are more in number than Christians in Kerala, the CM post generally goes to a Christian whenever Congress comes to power.
 
It not surprize that stalin attended Swearing Ceremony, because he has refined himself. With his wife & wife's Family he has better outlook & did his best by not uttering unpleast words in Pracharam like what we expect normally from D M K leaders.He is not an orator He can be sober & may rise up to get a good name from from public in course of next 5 Years All know that he is different from his Father .

The reason for invitation to MK and his son is that the opposition has enough strength to taken on the ruling party in the Assembly. Only less than 20 MLAs separate the ruling from the opposition.

In a five year period, anything can happen.

5 years in power and 5 years later in opposition is more than enough to make any person a polished politician. Stalin is no different. His exhibiting soberness and maturity is definitely going to count in future. J J also showed much difference when she held reins for the second term, third term promise even better. If you consider Kerala politics I think one will find his life time short to understand the politicians there. Simply remember one filmy dialogue by Vivek "நாங்க லெஃப்ட்ல இஂடிகேடர் போட்டு ரைடீல கைய்ய காட்டி அதே நேரத்தில நேர போவோம் டா" - This is exactly what happens in Kerala politics.

DMK is 89 AIADMK is 134 which is 45 seats more...DMK + Congress =97....AIADMK is still 37 seats more

Stalin participated in JJ swearing in 2001 too..

Stalin is more refined & savvy than his dad! Wishing him all the very best as Leader of Opposition

A day after Jayalalithaa assumed office for the sixth time as the CM of Tamil Nadu, she issued a statement regarding the seating arrangement of opposition leader MK Stalin.

This comes after DMK president M Karunanidhi on Monday alleged that his party was 'insulted' at the swearing-in ceremony of J Jayalalithaa as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, complaining about the seating arrangement made for his son M K Stalin.

For simple majority, including Speaker, 118 members are required. DMK and Congress combine have 97. It is only 21 short.
