Most of them have taken loan for buying property.....Normally loan amount is just 75% of property value; however due to downfall in real estate, even the current outstanding loan amount is higher than the valuation of the property...It is a huge loss to the end customer, especially middle classes..No doubt people are losing sleep & happiness
