About Subrata Roy's case

Nacchiji,
You seem to be defending Subrata roy or at least Sandeep sen.
In the Sahara case Subrata Roy is stuck between a rock and a hard place not for being a crook, but possibly because he used innovation to help the marginal investor and befriended crooks that he dare not betray.

What is the difference between a crook and Subrata Roy morally?

But what is surprising is the justification of Illegal acts in the name of small and the marginal Indian.

I do not know how that becomes a defence of Subrata roy or at least Sandeep sen. May be we are speaking different languages here.
