'Amma' tea to hit the market soon

The Tamil Nadu government, after 'Amma salt' and 'Amma water', will soon release 'Amma tea




UDHAGAMANDALAM: After 'Amma water' and 'Amma salt,' the Tamil Nadu Government is set to introduce 'Amma tea'. It will be a product of the state-owned Tamil Nadu Tea Plantation Corporation.

The market share of TANTEA, which was about 2% now, could be increased to 20% in 3-5 years by adding brand value and with a reasonable MRP, said sources. A senior corporation official, speaking on a condition of anonymity, said, "The government is taking an initiative to promote TANTEA products to increase market share and promote the habit of tea drinking".

There is no need to lodge a complain..she herself should realize this and set an example by choosing a neutral name not belonging to anyone known...otherwise very soon there might even be Amma Barrier Contraceptive given free to the poor for family planning..I am sure she would not want her face on one of those packets!

Thanks for pointing out the missing 'r'. There must be a similarity in the two words. With touch android phones used for posting, so easy to select the wrong word that pops up without warning. A wrong touch is so dangerous even with phones.
Now corrected.
Now the old skill of typing using all fingers with a regular keyboard is lost. Newbies with smart phones do typing with the two thumbs only.
