Sleepyti.me will tell you exactly what time you should go to bed in order to maximise sleep.

Our point being asleep is as important as being awake.

You know you are getting old when the majority of your conversation revolves around the weather and how much sleep you managed the previous night.
And, if you are anything like the rest of the human population the phrase, ‘I’m tired’ will often escape your weary lips at least once a day. Usually at your desk after you’ve artificially kept yourself awake with too many caffeinated beverages. You’re exhausted but boy are your hands shaking.
Our point being asleep is as important as being awake. Life, in general, is much better when you have enjoyed the required amount of sleep to keep you awake and functioning throughout the day.
Now a nifty web application, Sleepyti.me, will tell you exactly what time you should go to bed in order to maximise sleep, minimise the horror of waking up and feel like a real person while at work.
The site is able to pick optimum bedtimes based on the time you have to wake up, the assertion that a good night’s sleep consists of 5-6 sleep cycles and that it takes the average person 14 minutes to fall asleep.

Apps have become part of life quite long. Now I think they are slowly started taking control over us. There is an app for each and every routine affairs of our life. To shop, to dine, for domestic help, to book tickets, to go for a ride, to pay your bills, to read, and now for to sleep .... you name it an app is already there for any thing . Every single activity in our life now is mobile and application based and dependency on the electronic assistance has become unavoidable. It seems we are slowly getting addicted to app based life and if it goes like this I think the day is not far when the reel " Enthiran" happens for real!!

Thanks.

I am able to sleep without any worry at scheduled time and wake up also without app or alarm.

There are people like security fellows and milk delivery vans who create a ruckus loud enough to wake anyone up.

There are also friendly neighbours who start motor pumps for water besides knocking on the ceiling from floor above -They grind masala at 5am in the morning.

Who needs app with people like this in neighbourhood?

My house is near a mosque..the morning Azan is very loud..so its my alarm clock if I oversleep!

Usually around 10.30 pm, I used to go to bed. Within 5 minutes I would be off in sleep.
My family members used mock at me how I could get sleep within 5 minutes.
As such , any app that tells exactly when one has to sleep is not needed in my case.
