Anti Brahmin campaign by a magazine

Dear Community members,

Recently, i was travelling in a suburban train in Chennai, when a person got in to sell a magazine 'புதிய ஜனநாயகம்'. The boy started an introduction for the magazine by blaming BJP and telling the passengers that India has become unsafe for minority members. Then he stated BJP as a 'பார்ப்பனர்' party. I rose to the occasion and stopped that person. There was good support for me and this person was asked to get out of the train.

Later, i was curious to know what the magazine is all about. When I browsed, i found that this is a magazine run by a marxist-leninist group. In various pages, you can see the articles directly attacking our community.

Some steps should be taken at higher levels to have a legal ban by any publisher attacking our community.

Regards,

Murali Nambi

Most of the people used to keep mum at the site of the incident and come to the forum and ventilate here all their anger.
It needs some guts and nerve to act. Really, I appreciate your act.
