[/FONT] [FONT="]Two large cups of dry puffed rice that is muri: MUTTAI PORI[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup shredded onions[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup of grated carrot[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup of boiled potatoes cubed[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup of diced tomatoes [optional][/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup boiled peas[/FONT]
[FONT="]4 slices of cucumber diced to desirable shape[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ small raw mango shredded[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup coriander leaves chopped[/FONT]
[FONT="]Green chilles chopped 1 to 2 tablespoon[/FONT]
[FONT="]Ginger finely shredded 1tsp[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup Shredded coconut or thinly sliced coconut[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ cup peanuts roasted[/FONT]
[FONT="]¼ cup roasted cashew cut to bits[/FONT]
[FONT="]Black salt 1 tsp that is chat masala powder [/FONT]
[FONT="]One tablespoon of mustard oil for the authentic taste[/FONT]
[FONT="]Otherwise you can use any cooking oil too.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Now take a bowl and put the muri and all the items except tomato and cucumber [/FONT]
[FONT="]This should be added just before serving. Now add the oil and mix well once done take a lovely paper cone or any attractive bowl and now mix the cucumber and tomato and squeeze a lime and serve immediately, NEVER MIX IT EARLY BEFORE YOU SERVE, AS IT WILL GO SOGGY WITH ALL THE MURI LOOSING IT’S SHAPE….sunkan[/FONT]
