Some like the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, some like the teachings of Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev.

Some like the teachings of Kanchi Mahaperivaya.

Let good information come from all directions.

I am not a follower of Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev..but last night while watching the Mahashivaratri live on TV, I saw a new app which he launched ..."Miracle of Mind app" which is free and guides well for simple meditation.

I downloaded the app and for the 1st time in my life I was actually able to get into the idea of meditation and I seem to like it and getting used to it.

So you see, we might not always agree 100% with anyones teachings..but there might be something of their teachings to help us in someway.
