The question should be are we really concerned about India?

Sarhad pe marne wala the har vir tha Bharatvasi.

If you expand your horizon you will not be worried about such mundane things.

I understand that people in power do not like to lose it, so they try to claw back to the top.
So in this age where caste politics dominate the political scene, the disadvantaged want any means to gain their glory days. I guess that is human.
