The God I believe is karuna moorthy( epitome of compassion). Going inside temple with chappals, praying with chappals doesnot harm anyone. You accept others to go to temple with chappels ? God is karuna moorthy.
We think we are great and do what we wish even against the systems followed thousands of years by our
elders. The problem is to make others also to follow our type.
