This recipe is originally from a Malayali restaurant owner in Ooty, Tamilnadu. Learnt it from my mom.
Very simple -
Dice and boil 1 beetroot. Make sure it is cooked.
Add salt, Green chillies to taste and about 1 tbsp of shredded Coconut.
Grind to a paste.
Add curd, mix well.
Add cracked mustard seeds.
Pacchadi is ready!
