Honestly as a woman myself, I dont feel a woman is way above a man in qualities.
Lets see things fairly.
Godness is in both males and females.
A womans love isnt unconditional either and neither is a man's love unconditional.
Every form of love is based on attachment and biomemory.
Sage Yajnavalkya himself explains that we all love something for the sake of self.
The Self here is the innate nature of everyone to get some form of happiness.

Yes, a woman can handle troubles and heavy burdens mostly if it is for her children ..she might not do this for those unrelated to her...infact she might ill treat step children.
These type of qualities are seen in both males and females.
We as humans are never perfect.
All of us are flawed in someway.
