Today's news in TOI made me feel that some seniors (in fact super senior in this case) take undue risks and get into trouble.
The news is this: A super senior aged 83, who went out for a walk in the wee hours yesterday was attacked by two men and was
robbed of her diamond studs worth nearly three lakh rupees. She was lying on the ground, injured on her chin and earlobes.
Where is the necessity to take a walk at the odd time, alone, wearing costly jewels, when days are so bad? I pity her but at the
same time wonder why she was so crazy! What a bed event on the new year's eve!
When I write something good about senior resorts, some members write about losing freedom etc and don't support the idea.
Why did she and her husband buy a house and moved in, after spending some time in a senior resort? Very sad!
Any comments from members?
