A MUST READ..!!!

This is a vital information - literally of life and death - Be sure to read it and send it to those who appreciate it.

WATER AND SOAP IN ARMPIT
BEFORE BEDTIME
We spend the night with clean and underarm deodorant, to be a free breathing time the armpit.
Some time ago, I went to a seminar on Breast Cancer, led by Terry Birk with support from Dan Sullivan.

During the discussion, asked why the most common reason for developing breast cancer tumors is near the armpit.
My question could not be answered at that time.
This information was sent to me recently, and I'm glad it has been answered.
I informed a friend who is undergoing chemotherapy and she said that I had this information, obtained in a support group that frequents ...
Now I want to share information with you.!The main cause of Breast Cancer
is the use of anti-perspirant!

Most products on the market are a combination of anti-perspirant/deodorants.
Look at the labels!
Deodorant is fine,
ANTI-PERSPIRANT, NO.
The concentration of toxins causes
cell mutation:
CANCER. Here's why:

The human body is just a few areas where it can eliminate toxins: behind the knees, behind the ears, the English area and armpits.
Toxins are eliminated through perspiration.
The anti-perspirant, as the name says, prevents you from perspiring, thereby inhibiting the body to eliminate toxins through the armpits.
These toxins do not magically disappear.

As not come with sweat, the organism ta deposited in the lymph glands found under the arms.
Most breast cancers occur in the upper outside quadrant of the breast area.
Precisely where are the glands in men seems to occur to a lesser extent, but are not exempt from
Breast Cancer develop because of the anti-perspirant used instead of soap and water.
The difference lies in the fact that when men use anti-perspirant, not applied directly to the skin, they do so in large part on the hair of the armpits.

Women who apply antiperspirant or aftershave shaving the underarms, increase the risk due to tiny injuries and skin irritations which make harmful chemical components to penetrate more quickly into the body,

Please pass this infornación everyone ...
Breast Cancer is becoming frighteningly common and this warning may save some lives.
If somehow doubt this information, they can make their own investigations
They'll probably come to the same conclusion.

Dear PJ sir,

Sorry for delay..only saw this thread today.

I have also heard this...dont know how accurate it is cos I have seen patients who had never seen a razor and also do not use anti perspirants and still land up with breast CA.

Anyway it is better not to use anti perspirants ..a simple body spray sans anti perspirants would do.

Further more most of us do not apply body spray or anti perspirant right after shaving the skin cos it will burn and sting the skin like hell.

So best is shave at night while taking bath and go to sleep...so one does not need to apply any body sprays or anti perspirants.

Thanks for your additional Information!

Nowadays more non smokers, women and men die due to various types of Cancer.

Many old women die due to cancer that starts in the uterus.

Is there any way they can take precautions against this?

Dear PJ sir,

Ca Cevrvix can be prevented by HPV vaccine at a young age.

Women should go for annual pap smears to detect early changes and screen for endometrial cancer.

I have sometimes noticed that those who go over board and get paranoid about getting cancer and take all the precautions are the one who also usually land up with cancer.

I guess their mind is always thinking of diseases and cancer that cancer finally attacks them.

We are what we think..the best is just do a once a year general health screen and have positive thoughts and accept what ever comes and get the treatment required.

None of us are going to life forever.

Mr. PJ,
I used to bring consultant to work in USA for my company. We used ti educate them on personal hygiene. The kids coming from India are not used to the US environment. The other employees would laugh at the BO.

Can you give me the scientific study done to prove that deodorant cause cancer. Please do not quote some internet posting as proof.

My op is about using " anti-perspirant" not about deodorant; that is what renukaji also says in her post no 2.

Dear Prasad ji,

There is no 100% evidence based study about anti perspirants or deodorants causing breast cancer.

But to be frank...one does not need deo/anti perspirant to prevent body odour.

One just needs to take regular bath and shave under arm hair(both men and women) and use a simple perfumed body spray and spray on body and underarms and that will suffice.

One can respray from time to time to smell fresh.

Yes I agree about the Body Odour part of most Indians..even out here when I see some of them who work here(but from India..they tend to have bad BO) and I dislike it when other races here ask us local Indians why Indians have BO.

When I used to hire local Indian staff body odour was a problem...and its hard to tell your employee that she smells bad so I made a list of requirements for staff to follow about appearance and hygeine and insists on using perfume etc.

I even tell them that from time to time during the day check yourself for body odour and freshen up the make up to look presentable.

When I was in India I did find that BO is a problem there among the educated too but a simple poor villager from the village seldom or never had body odour.

Mainly it is becos of the lack of shaving body hair and not changing clothes as often.

During summer I used to change clothes after each bath..sometimes changing up to 3-4 clothes a day cos of sweat but my fellow Indian classmate will wear the same salwar kameez from morning till night.

All that contributes to body odour.

Probably many Indians do not take shower even a single time a day and do not change their used cloth everyday.
Climatic conditions plus their food habits also contribute to their BO, but I am not sure.

Dear PJ sir,

Indians do bathe at least 2 x a day.

That I am not denying but you see sir..most of them do not shave body hair under arm which contributes to BO.

A woman needs to take extra precautions cos hormonal monthly changes too can give BO.

Some women use too much oil in hair on daily basis and the stale oil residue does not really get washed away.

All that can contribute to BO.

In a hot climate anyone however clean can get body odour..that is why those of us who are concerned about self image make sure we us body sprays regularly.

When I was in college I felt that Indians have a wrong concept about body image and style of dressing.

During exams all of us would dress down and go without any lipstick or make up for exams becos most external examiners who see lipstick or stylish dressing on a female student will think that she is not intelligent and only interested in fashion etc and we might end up getting less marks.

So during exam all of us look like behenjis!LOL

So self image and presentation/grooming is never stressed upon for Indians.

During Exam times, many boys looks like Devadas, never Shave , never change their dress and have some sort of superstition about the dress they wear everyday.

Many Indians do not shave off their arm pit regularly.
Also when some of them observe 48 days Viratham, they do not shave their face.
Importantly, taking two times Bath, shaving arm pit hair, facial hair, changing cloth after every shower, Changing socks every day, applying some perfumes, will go a long way to prevent BO.

Also cleaning the teeth two times a must.

Dear PJ sir,

Sometimes one needs to brush after meals depending on the food we ate..but to get a fragrant breath and keep bacteria away from mouth do this..when I boil water for drinking..I crush a few seeds of cardamom and boil it in the water.

When the water has cooled down..it will have a nice distinct aroma.

Who says facial hair is not attractive? Sorry PJ sir, that seems to be just a personal opinion. Now back to Imran Khan.

Not just brushing, flossing is also important. Most Indians (being a poor country) dont know what floss is.

Not really..flossing is not compulsory..in fact I never floss at all.

I feel flossing can damage gums if not done properly.

I also dont use any mouthwash cos too much artificial anti bacterial mouth washes can alter the bacterial flora ..that is why I drink water boiled with cardamom and one can also add tulsi leaves.

As far as possible try to be natural...it is a safer bet.

Sometimes relying too much on artificial stuff can mess up the body system.

I have noted that most of the patients who are extra clean and use feminine intimate washes are the ones who get Candidiasis (a fungal infection) very very easily.

So the point to note here is one should not be too clean or too dirty..both are bad for health.

Too clean..we destroy our own natural defense.

Too dirty...we are host to infections.

So the middle path is always the safer bet.

Dear Sri biswa Ji,

I think we knew - haven't you seen folks in villages munching on neem sticks, as a substitute for brushing and flossing.

I think the modern way of life of toothpastes and brushes has gotten rid of the flossing habit for most of us.

Regards,
KRS
