Can ayurveda substitute allopathy?

Our ancient system of medicine, the Ayur Veda, cures illnesses and diseases using medicines prepared from herbs.

The advantage of Ayur Veda over other systems of medicine is that in Ayurveda there is negligible or nil side effects.

Yet, could Ayur Veda, completely substitute Allopathy?

Could advanced surgery be performed in Ayur Veda?

Does Ayur Veda have answers for the challenges faced by Allopathy.
