Date of my father's thithi

Can any one help me by advising me the exact date of my father's thithi?


The details are:
Vaikasi madham, Velutha Paksham, Dhasami Thithi.

As far my knowledge goes, the thithi falls on 28 May 2015. Kindly confirm.

My mother passed away in Adi month, Velutha Paksham, dasami thithi, in 1994.
I was told that, the thithi falls on 26th July 2015.
Can you please confirm the date?

veLuththa paksham is sukla pakasham and kaRuththa paksham is Krishna paksham.

On some days, the 'srAddha thithi' will be different form that day's thithi.

In panchangams and in most of the daily sheet calenders, the srAddha thithi is clearly given.

We can take it for reference.

P.S: Sometimes, two srAddha thithis will be on the SAME day and athithi (no thithi for srAddham) on some days. Eg. May 27, 2015
