Definition of Religion

Most of us in common language use the word religion for Dharma. But I think that the definition (meaning) of Dharma as given in Vaisheshik Darshan ( Yato abhyudayanihshreyas siddhih sa dharmah) appears to me as the most appropriate definition. If you go deeper and deeper into the real and detailed meaning of this it enlightens us and takes us to the real principles of vedic/sanatan dharma. Further comments of readers are needed.-SCSharma
