The person riding is a Muslim family with 5 kids! We should send this to VHP who can use it as a campaign material for Hindus to have more kids!!LOL!!

I think legally no body is stopping any one from any community from having more children. It is the awareness by people against over population is that what makes them excrcise self control! Any how good one to start a debate.

It is not true. I think the govt. has enforced strictly one child policy for government employment only for hindus.
