Fitbit is one of the leading wearable manufacturers and has produced several chart-topping fitness trackers. But its focus has mostly been on iOS and Android, with Windows Phone being in the sidelines.
Now, with Microsoft’s revamped effort towards a better Windows, Fitbit finally seems to be getting line and has announced a new universal app for Windows 10 that would work with PCs, phones and consoles.
Through the new app, Fitbit integrates with Cortana, meaning that anything you say beginning with ‘Fitbit’ would by logged and synced across all your devices.
The desktop version is out now with the other variants of the app coming soon
What do you think? Is Microsoft’s Universal Apps approach paying off?
