I was in Chennai last week. I took 300 photos. One of them is Garuda Kizangu. Please see the picture. What is the significance of it? Is it for health or for religious ritual? For the first time I saw a green colour Nonbu Saradu. I thought it was for Muslims. My brother told me that it has become a fashion now to wear green colour thread in the hand to get money. It is called Kubera saradu?. I have not seen it during my previous visits. A new belief?
