Ghost in Chennai airport

When I was little, there used to be a rumor that there is a ghost in the 'Ega' theater in Chennai. Now the above news reminds me of that. I read in Facebook today lots of people believe in the above story and are taking to escalators and avoiding elevators at Chennai airport.

last time I was there a few weeks back , some huge glass panes had fallen down at out gate.

the civil works are of poor quality

Air Ports are vital installations provided with round-the-clock tight security arrangements. Only passengers, crew and staff members can have access.

No old age home escapees can play hide and seek game inside Airports.

Oh, so the problem has been persistent for the last 4 yrs? No wonder the FB post yesterday said the lift is full of garbage uncleaned!

Sir, I heard there are so many occurences of accidents following this rumor, which is why so many people are taking to the stairs and avoiding the lift!

I dont know about this, but I have been to Chennai airport (domestic & international) quite a few times in the last few years, and did not know about this.

Of course it is possible that I might have not taken this particular lift. Btw, any idea where this is located?

Funny. Ghosts are there in everybody's imagination and the society and community down the ages have given us forms of ghosts. People may not believe in God because he does not bother to appear. But they will believe ghosts with fright. You can create them any time with your imagination.
