Gory Racism – White Cop Strangles a Black Man & gets away with it in USA !!

New York City Protests Eric Garner Decision

New York City residents took to the streets on Wednesday after a grand jury said it would not bring charges in the death of Eric Garner, a Staten Island man who died in July after a police officer placed him in a chokehold.

Garner, 43, was being arrested for selling loose, untaxed cigarettes on July 17 when New York City Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo placed him in an illegal chokehold. The medical examiner ruled Garner's death a homicide, but the grand jury said Wednesday it would not indict Pantaleo.

What a horrible racist society !! They do not want to even acknowledge that the White Cop made a mistake !!!

Add to this, our PIOs want to glorify the western countries despite such horrendous racism… in daily life..

If cameras can't hold police accountable in Eric Garner'sdeath, what can? Eric Garner died oncamera for all to see, but the officer who killed him walks free

Sadly, there is nothing unusual about the kind of lossMrs. Garner has suffered. Black and brown people are brutalized everyday. Blackand brown people die. But how it happened should make us wonder how farsystemized white supremacy can bend reality despite all our best efforts. Afterthe marching and chanting, all I have are questions. Mainly, when is it enough?
When is it enough, when even the facts are ignored?

If Eric Garner Were White - His death would be a TeaParty crusade.

Imagine that Eric Garner had been white. Imagine thathe’d been living in Idaho. Imagine that the law-enforcement officers who killedhim had been federal agents. His death would be a Tea Party crusade.

So if 4 whites losing their lives in Benghazi can becomea unprecedented crusade, why cannot scores of Blacks, Indians dying not becomea crusade ????????????

Things are not always as simple as they seem. You would not want to be at the receiving end of Black violence. For example, you probably would not want to be the puny Indian convenience store owner in Ferguson who has probably been robbed time and time again by African Americans.

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]There is racism, hatred for gays & transgenders, casteism, religious intolerance, sexism, hatred for people of other countries etc in this world. There is widespread rape by frustrated few.

A few countries chose to make it all public without any effort to cover up.

There is possibly use of excess force by Police in this instance. There are elements of racism in America but isolated events do not make such issues more significant.

Those marching and in protests include Blacks and Whites and people of all colors.

Police force has large percentage of non whites

The grand jury panel of 23 had over 9 non whites (many blacks and hispanics)

USA is one of the few countries where justice system includes the notion of Jury pool and not left up to the whim of one Judge.

Sometime law and justice are slow to act. The case is now taken up at Federal level by Department of Justice.

The above is provided to stop immature conclusions and learn to put things in perspective

Many of all races and colors are affected by the incident. The cops wanted to arrest this big black fellow for a small crime as alleged. They acted as if this fellow was a threat and killed him while trying to handcuff the man.
Federal case will determine if there are civil rights violation.

Many may not have seen the video produced by a bystander. It starts will what cops are doing after the man is dead. Towards the end the whole scene of choke hold leading to death is there.

Grand Jury was told to determine if there was reason to believe if Cops were trying to go beyond trying to arrest this person. You in TB forum can be a Jury too by watching the video

Autopsy in case of Garner reveals homicide...Also understand it is illegal to chokehold in NY..There is so much public anger in this case..There was not an iota of doubt about who committed this?

After the death of Eric Garner, justice is stifled - The Washington Post

The announcement Wednesday that a grand jury decided not to indict the white officer who killed Mr. Garner, an African American, stunned many who were paying attention. In Ferguson, Mo., where a white police officer fatally shot an unarmed black teenager, at least conflicting witness accounts were cited as explanation for the decision not to prosecute. Mr. Garner’s death was clearly captured on video. I

[h=1]DNA biologist James Watson’s Nobel medal sells for $4.7m[/h]He was expecting 2 million, but got more.

There is an interesting racist background to this.
