Hanuman Chalisa Chanting Yagna
His Holiness Dr. Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji led a 4-hour marathon mass Hanuman Chalisa chanting session on 31st January 2015, in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India.
The chanting was attended by 128,918 (One hundred and twenty eight thousand nine hundred and eighteen) people from various parts of the world, making it the largest gathering ever to chant at a single venue in recorded history!
Guinness World Record certificate was awarded for “Most people chanting at a single venue”.
Leading, inspiring, and participating in the effort, Sri Swamiji clearly explained the merits of the chant, and the virtues of repeat chanting ahead of each of the 27 chants.
