Reliance Jio is now the latest disruptor in the telecom market place...Some 13000 crores is the hole in telcos market capitalization!

I am a faithful airtel customer ( have a secondary BSNL Connection ) and will not change both of them to Jio as soon all other companies will also end up slashing their prices .

Folks are right, not to trust the Ambanis right away. Just enticing with low prices is not enough. What if they have terrible billing and cheat in measuring the amount of data used? Airtel has good customer service. Recently we mistakenly switched on data connection while abroad and was charged Rs 124 for data roaming. Just by contacting Airtel customer service by email they reversed the charge promptly. Will Reliance Jio do that?

Vodafone is another big cheat....We also faced a similar situation abroad & it was a huge loss of over Rs 5000 for a few minutes & Vodafone was not ready to reverse...
