Sri Kanchi Mahaperiyava in several of his discourses has pointed that Hinduism existed at each and every nook and corner of this world. It is a sanathana Dharma which is vedic Dharma. We see Sanathana Dharma practices going on in different parts of the world apart from India. Recently we saw a thread/post about Vedic Chanting in China in our Tamil Brahmins forum itself. As a followup one member has cited Thiruppavai, Thiruvembavai being sung at Thailand. WHY NOT WE HAVE A STUDY DONE ON SANATHANA DHARMA (HINDUISTIC) PRACTICES EXISTING IN DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE WORLD ie. in different continents? Members from different countries can post about information available to them which can further be worked upon and more authentic study report can be prepared. Members who have relatives, friends can get information and help to create this report.
