What is the difference in saying " OM " or "OHAM"

Which is the correct word to chat

OM is to be pronounced as 'ome' as in the English word 'home' or 'dome'; the 'O' is doyble the length (duration) of the usual. That is all. But, this "om" as a mantra has been used and misused by many sources and some believe that the longer you stick to the "O" sound, the more spiritual you will become! There is no such power for that OM. If you are not convinced try chanting OM and try to cure a common cold in half an hour. ;)

Namaskarams,
The O3M is to be pronounced with three spell times between 'O' and 'M'. It should start from your Nabhisthal and should come out through your nastrils. It gives you immense peace immediately. You become tension free and stress free. It is a tharaka mantram for all.
