Former cricket champ Preethi Srinivasan was denied admission into the University of Madras for a distance education course after an unfortunate accident left her quadriplegic for life. Srinivasan who's fighting a lone battle has also started an organisation to help people like her get a fair chance at life. I salute Preethi...She has displayed humongous grit and determination...

I can understand her pain as I have seen a similar case in family circle who at the young age of 14 years was consigned to wheel chair for the rest of his life on account of a brain fever!
 
Not clear why University is not admitting her..The reason as shared in NDTV was that as there are no ramps in the Building where classes are to be held; so she cannot attend the classes..Can they not put ramps so that she can attend the classes..Or atleast change location of classes to ground floor...Can they not accommodate her
