The tenant opposite to my flat occupied only in last June 2013. The parents have one male child. They are IC parents – B and NB. The age of the child now is 1 ½ years. Due to high rent, they are vacating the flat and moving to another flat which is two streets away from the current location.

During this short period, the child has created a very big impact with all the occupants in our apartment, which has only six flats. Though my relationship with the child is less than 30 minutes per day, it is quite absorbing and extremely enterprising. The vacation syndrome has created quite a bit of vacuum among us.

Saint Thiruvalluvar very rightly said:

KUZHAL INITHU YASH INITHU ENBAR THAM MAKKAL

MASHALI SOL KELATHAVAR.

During the Music Season 2012, Sanjay Subramanian sang this Kural elaborately at Music Academy. It was very well presented by him.

I guess the child had the best of both worlds in him and hence made a big impact on everyone.
