TVK

I did not know - Thanks for pointing out

I thought the death of Tamil and customs as TBs migrate to other parts of the world is very real.
And therefore the topic is of general interest since I am sure members have varied opinions..

Sometimes I feel this whole losing culture thing is over rated.

Do we PIO actually stop being Indians?

Our food is still very much Indian...may be sometimes an interesting mixture of various Indian cooking.

Our dressing for special occasions are still very much Indian.

Our thoughts are still very much Indian.

Our movie choice is still very much Indian...where else we get such lovely songs.

One who is living abroad may dress daily in western or the local attire but basically when one gets angry and loses one's temper the choice of swear words used are still very much Indian.

That shows we never really stop being Indian!LOL
