Welcome to Tamil Brahmins Forum. This is a wonderful platform for discussions on subjects relating to the community. Hope you have got the Sloka on Aswatha Tree. I think you mean the sloka "urdhva-mulam adhah-sakham asvattham prahur avyayam chandamsi yasya parnani yas tam veda sa veda-vit " - Bhagavad Gita Ch.15-1.
