Hi All:

Greetings from Houston.

I am a Tamil, born and raised in Ramnad taluk near the Sea close to Kilakkarai. Now happily settled in the US as a Sr Research Scientist (Neurobiology). Not a brahmin, but married to one; have a daughter finishing medical school a son finishing at Stanford, CA . I like people from other religion and region. Not religious but tolerant of all. My current interest is Indian politics and how the country is moving forward in spite of the horrendous problems of corruption, poor infrastructure and poor rural health and education. I stumbled upon this site by surfing the web.
