It is your decision. But the problem is already the population of Iyer community is coming down. Added to this getting medical admission becomes very difficult. Your moving away has multiple effects. The community is less of medical professional and the cumulative effect is the intelligence may be passed on to another community distinctly different from Iyers.

Lack of advice, guidance and unity among the community are the possible reasons.
