Yesmohanji,

Powercut is not the only problem to chennai. The political setup, labour situation and the general public mentality always hinder huge MNC companies to shift to chennai. the same chennaietes, working in other states, countries shrug off their inhibitions and work well, but while working in chennai they always poke their everything into others' affairs and also give free advice, and see to it that they are downed and flattened and wrecked out.
