[h=1]LG’s working on a smaller, less powerful G4 Phone[/h] May 7, 2015 Kishore Ganesh Leave a comment Edit
Phones are getting bigger, and some are frankly too big to be called a phone. Unfortunately, due to this, these phones are unwieldy and may drop on the side-walk at any time.
There hasn’t exactly been a solution for this. While yes, manufacturers do offer a mini-version of their flagships, most of them are terribly underpowered and don’t suit the flagship brand moniker.
Only Sony does it right, but there have been reports of it moving out of the mobile phone Business.
Now, it seems LG will take the route of the former, since WinFuture has leaked details of a smaller, less powerful variant of the G4, called the G4c.
There’s the Snapdragon 410 processor, which is nothing to write home. Then come the Cameras, at 5MP on the front and 8MP on the back.
It has a 5 Inch HD Screen, and a battery capacity of 2540mAh. Inbuilt storage is 16GB, but MicroSD Cards can be used to expand this storage.
We don’t know price or release details at the moment. What do you think? Is LG playing it right to be successful at the Smartphone Market?
