I am from Madurai and I have been performing monthly ammavasai tharpanam at home for the last 25 years. Of late for the annual ceremony, I go to the place organized by Kanchi mutt solely for performing sraardham where the mutt helps organize the ceremony by providing all the essentials for a fee. I am spending some time in Coimbatore this year and the annual thithi is when I am in Coimbatore. Is there a place in Coimbatore that offers the same ? Can someone from Coimbatore please chime in ?
