Dear Folks,
This is long overdue. You should have heard from me at least 3 or 4 times on this before. But my health did nor permit me to pursue it in full vigor. Now I am ready to take on this task and do something productive in the field of education.
The key to the character of an adult is what values he learns in his formative years and how effective is the learning. I have all along been writing about the value that Indian philosophy has in helping children mature into responsible and productive adults. I would now really like to see it in practice.
To the like minded individuals who are in a position to contribute financially to the project and have as their primary objective the proper shaping of the young generation, I appeal that they contribute to this cause.
If there is enough support we can have something concrete soon. The focus of the effort is intended to be on teaching of skills and values that are not taught in regular school learning and help the child to acquire the rare blend of moral and pragmatic values.
The above is the broad idea and the details have to be worked out.

Note: Since this is really not an advertisement in the usual sense of the word and is an appeal for a cause, I hope this post would be allowed in the general discussions so that more number of people can read it and contribute to the cause.
