In the recent interview, arnab goswami asked modi how he will change the work culture of the babus; modi told him to wait and see.

In an earlier interview he has said that he does not believe in transfer of government servants if for dereliction of duty or minor mistakes(!). In their new location too they will continue their earlier practices. They must be told what is expected of them and make them change their ways. When someone complains to him about bribe taking by an official, modi rang the official in the presence of the complainant and asked him to return the money. The official will be triply careful before he demands anything under the table.

All indians who want the country to move forward must support modi. Modi's way of handling abuses and back biting from the media and seculars is admirable; he just ignores them. A good example to emulate by the rest of bjp ministers and politicians.
