Mother's thithi

My mother attained Acharyan Thiruvadi on December 12, 2013 ( Kaarthigai 26th, Thursday, Vijaya Varusham) Dasami Thithi, Sukla Paksham. I think I was told by the forum member that my mother's thithi falls on 21st November, 2015. Now I am in Vietnam and in one or two Hindu temples here I do not find our Tamil Brahmin Priests. I am not sure even daily aradhanas are being carried out. Now only they are trying to bring priests from Tamil Nadu. I will be going to Singapore from Dec 19th. I will be there till end of Dec 2015. Please let me know whether I can perform my mother's srardha ceremony on a day between 20th and 31st in the month of Dec 2015. As I am not performing srardham on 21st November do I need to be fasting for whole day on 21st.
