Mulakushyam a traditional recipe of Palghat.
Cut yam or chenai,
Cut avrakkai or broad beans
Cut raw banana.
Cook all these with salt and haldi. Add green chillies. When done add coconut oil and curry leaves.
There is another method also.
Cook all these with little moong dhal add pepper powder.
Then add coconut oil and curry leaves.
