This video tested my patience, Sandhya. I just moved the cursor to see if anything other than 'close your eyes' is written!

There was a thanks note at the end! Anyway, it is worth trying, whatever be the pain and wherever it be!

You mean it introduced pain :-)

Actually this technique is part of a overall meditation technique (popularized in the west) called 'Mindful or awareful' meditation.
The idea is to make conscious effort to be aware of all that is going on including in this instance pain and mere action of 'watching' the sensation removes it ..

If you want to retry here is a prescription : Visit thread got closed , read the messages (I was surprised how many in less than 24 hours by the time I came to visit the forum), get a nice head ache and then try this technique ...

Just kidding of course .. and testing your patience :-)

Dear TKS Sir,

Thanks for your post. I did not have the patience to see the same 'request' on the video for more than 10 seconds!

Hence, moved the cursor till the end, to check for any change! The idea of showing thumbnails all along the video is a boon, for sure! :)
