One time event within one's Life span
First go to Rameshwaram.
Rituals at Rameshwaram
Take bath in the holy Agni Theertham there and take a Sankalpam at the start of the pooja.
Perform Srardham for our ancestors and offer Pindams Perform Samudhra & Theertha Snana.
Collect sand from the seashore in three big scoops and they are named Sethu Madhava, Veni Madhava, and Bindhu Madhava respectively.
Sethu Madhava & Bindhu Madhava are dissolved in the sea. Veni Madhava is collected in a cloth bag to be taken to Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj.
Rituals at Prayagraj
Here, Veni Madhava collected from Rameshwaram is dissolved in the TriveniSangam.
Perform Srardham to appease our ancestors.
Collect water from Triveni Sangam in small copper vessels. One vessel is preserved for Abhishekam at Rameshwaram.
Rituals at Varanasi
Prayaschitha Sankalpa Snanam. Perform Theertha Srardham and Poorva Anga Tarpanam
Pinda Pradanam rituals (For Kashi Tirth)
Rituals at Gaya
Pinda Pradanam Pooja at 3 places. Visit Phalguni Tirtha and Darshan of Vishnu Padha Temple & Akshay Vata Vriksha Tirth Temple to perform offerings to our forefathers.
Return to Rameshwaram enroute Varanasi
Rudrabhishekam at Rameshwaram
Perform Ganga Jal Abhishekam to Sri Ramanatha Swamy with the water collected from Triveni Sangam and Kashi.
Perform Samaradhanai pooja with Rameshwaram Theertham and Triveni Sangam Theertham at your home to conclude Kashi-Rameshwaram Yatra.

Need not to perform again & again.
One Time is enough in your Life span
