Property transaction during agni nakshatra days

Dear learned members,

I am planning to dispose of an old landed property & reinvest
the sale proceeds in another housing property & the transactions
are likely to take place during the Agni Nakshatra Period,i.e
May 4th to 28th ,2013.
Elders here may kindly advise whether such transaction can take place
during Agninakshatram Periods or are prohibited.

I have to defer my plan till the end of that period,if prohibited.

Shri Moorthi,

Agni nakshatra is not good for buying new property though sale is not prohibited. Property can be purchased after the period.

When the market is down, and you have enough money to buy the desirable property that is the right time to buy.
When the market is up, and you need the money that is the right time to sell.

It is simply economy that should dictate buying and selling.

Tell me how many jyotishers are rich by honest means. The crooked jyotishers become rich at the expense of gullible public, not because of their knowledge of stars.
