Gravitational attraction will be balanced only if everything moves appropriately.

Or there will be one big heavenly collision - the opposite of the Big Bang Theory.

Both may be branded as Big bangs in the real sense of the term

but one of them (the collision) will lead to the destruction of the Universe

while the other one will lead to the expansion of the Universe.
