May I know who is speaking???

Our guru used to tell us

"Hate the sin but not the sinner!"

We must be able to dissociate a fellow from his actions.

The man and what he does are not one and the same.

But in most cases, if two person quarrel or  have a misunderstanding

then all the other members of the family - who had nothing to do

with these quarrels - are automatically bracketed together and put in the hate list.

We may differ in opinion but that should not lead to hatred.

Opinions, like actions belong to that person but they are NOT the person.

If someone does not approve of a man then even his young children are hated

for no reason other than being born as his children.
