Sure. Let Muslims, and Muslims alone, rule India. Bring back 700 years of Mogul slave-rule. Demolish Madurai and Rameswaram and build duplicate Aurangazeb Alamgir Masjids there. Ditto ditto in Ayodhya.

Cow slaughterhouses in every village, town,colony, city in India. Raze all remaining temples, shrines, gurudvaras, churches, synagogues wherever they be and erect Kutb minars with the salvaged materials. Everyone to be circumcised, including girls and women. Every man free to marry eight women each, and keep a harem without limit to the number of slaves.

All martyrs guaranteed two dozen virgins and female martyrs guaranteed two dozen nubile boys in Heaven (Jannat).
