Ride Cycle without Bell, Pay Fine!!

in those days ( year1958 or so ) If you ride cycle without Light, or bell, or carry another person on the stand( back ) , you pay fine!!



I was once caught carrying another person on the back stand on my cycle and had to pay fine!!

even police used to check head lamps of bi cycle and triple riding....i did in my child hood days....my paternal grandfather

was police sub inspector...he was very strict abt by cycle riding......even my father paid fine challaned by my grand father...

the rules were and police was less corrupted....
