Can someone explain the significance of the following video, titled
"German Embassy India: Lebe jetzt - Kal Ho Naa Ho" ?

In this video, Michael Steiner, German Ambassador to India, Salman Khurshid, former Foreign Minister of India, and Eliese Steiner, under the direction of Sumit Osmand Shaw, apparently pay homage to Bollywood films by reenacting one of its most famous music videos.

This video appears on Youtube uploaded on Apr 24, 2015. It has over 320,000 views. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XK3BVXbVsU&feature=youtu.be
