What are timings for performing the sandya vandanams, morning, noon and evening? For office goers, can Maadyannam be performed between 8:30 AM and 9 AM

காலை சூர்ய உதயம் 6 மணிக்கு என்றால் காலை 5-24 முதல் 6-12 மணி வரையிலும் மாலை ஸூர்யாஸ்தமனம் 6 மணிக்கு என்றால் மாலை 5--24 முதல்6-12 மணி வரையிலும் ஸந்தியாவந்தனம் செய்ய வேண்டும். வேலைக்கு போகிறவர்கள் 8-30 மணிக்கு மாத்யானிகம் செய்யலாம்.

May I add, if the timings are missed for any reason, definitely after bath and before breakfast in the morning and before night dinner.

I don't find any sastras approving maadhyaahnikam at 8-30. In fact our Dharma Sastras do not contain a term like வேலைக்கு போகிறவர்கள், at all - as written in post #2 above.

You are not a braahmana once you are a வேலைக்கு போகிறவன்; depending on the kind of job, you are either a Shudra or may even be a Chandaala! All efforts to "twist" the saastras to suit our materialistic greed will be a total waste at that point of time which was described long time as—

குந்தி நடந்து குனிந்தொருகை கோலூன்றி
நொந்திருமியேங்கி நுரைத்தேறி
வந்துந்தி ஐயாறு வாயாறு பாயாமுன் நெஞ்சமே!
ஐயாறு வாயாலழை

This will not wash; we follow what is accepted by our acharyas. There is no binary answer for such issues. We do not live in a no solution society. Why waste your breath?
