Self realization does not have a religious bearing. In day to day life, self realization and consciousness of the environment, are necessary and essential virtue and a must also, for any performer to excel in his job. With self realization and consciousness of the environment, a person after making a SWOT analysis of the situation, could use the STRENGTH, make good the WEAKNESS, exploit the OPPORTUNITY and come over the THREATS and win the situation. For employees to excel in their job, business, even house wives to improvise their work & family management, students to excel over others, self realization and consciousness of the environment is a must. Time management and SWOT analysis are made by every body in an informal way. It is a system in built task in mind, in all living beings. Unknowingly or knowingly , self realisation is made by all ; but the percentage of this performance vary from person to person depending upon their knowledge, experience and exposure to techniques.
